How do I reset my PIN?

Visit the PIN setup page and create a new privacy and transaction PIN.

How do I contribute to a group?

Open your group and follow the contribution schedule provided.

What does membership cost?

Joining requires UGX 20,000, each share costs UGX 10,000, and each share adds UGX 10,000 in monthly savings.

What happens if I pay late?

A late payment within the month attracts UGX 5,000, and a delay beyond that month adds another UGX 5,000 fine.
